Initial experience was great, then i was led to believe(not promised) that more repairs would be made to the vehicle than were actually done. After taking position of the vehicle there are items checked off on their inspection as being good but are clearly bad and need replaced, such as air filter housing being completely lined with grease, ball joints worn out and missing a speaker in one of the doors and radio doesnt work properly. Then when filling out paperwork they took me to a back office and spent 20 minutes trying to talk me into a protrction plan which i clearly stated i was not interested in. I was paying cash and adamant tgat i wasnt financing anything.

Excellent service department. Thank you Larry and Shawn (Service Manager). You gentlemen addressed and solved the warranty problem within 5 days that Alpine service department took two weeks for an appointment and refused to solve the warranty problem on a truck they sold new less than two months ago.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our visit. Not only was our salesperson (TJ) the perfect combination of friendliness, helpfulness, and non-pushiness, the entire experience was very good. I was also impress that (unlike some other dealers) the advertised price was THE price we paid, without added surprise charges. Highly recommended.

I feel more attention is needed upon arrival as I felt a little bit like it was a bothersome. It appeared one person was running around helping others while others sat inside office at their desks and one lady was there but when asked to help she was there but not really supposed to be there she stated. When I picked up vehicle the tire with brake fluid was still dirty after they washed as well as we were missing a lug nut. I even question the inspection points not feeling confident in the service. Would really like to see accountability and more valued customer service.
