Dealership isn’t the worst however I definitely think each experience will differ depending what sales man you have. Waited for a week after putting down down payment with no call or update on when car was going to be ready. Finally got confirmation call, drive the 1.5 hours down to be told car is still being detailed and they weren’t able to replace the windshield they were supposed to, and i actually had to wait 2 more hours for the car to finish (why did you even call to say it was ready?) Fast forward 2.5 weeks later, glass company just showed up with wrong windshield due to lack of communication again on dealers end. Waiting another week yet again.

I brought my vehicle in for 30k maintenance and two warranty repair items. Technician found the reported problems and resolved them faster than expected. I expected to leave my vehicle for a few days. All work was done in five hours. I am very satisfied with this dealer and was reassured I made the correct choice in choosing Auto Nation Buick GMC Park Meadows. Payton loving, Service Advisor, kept me informed the entire time. This was my second vehicle purchase from this dealer. I highly recommend them.

Great location!
Great location! I highly recommend. They are very customer oriented. I started with a trade-in, but didn't make it at this dealership. But I finally found a used vehicle matching my expectations which took almost 3 weeks of searching and waiting. Julio Marroquin, a sales person, went above and beyond.
