We will definatley do business with auto nation again we pulled up sat night to buy our enclave buick and was greated as soon as we started looking. they had the vehicle we wanted and we was settled up and out of there within 3 hours They gave us full details of the vehicle and as was very informative as to how most of the options worked. thanks

Excellent Used Car Purchase Experience
I am so pleased with my experience at this dealership. They have been wonderful to work with. I purchased a used BMW from them and not only were they very fair with the price, but the service they provided was second to none. The car is exactly what I had in mind and both Jerry and David provided first class customer service. They went out of their way to ensure I was a satisfied customer -- and I'm actually thrilled. Terrible Dealership
I had a terrible experience there. Waited almost two weeks to get a car that had to go into the shop to fix a few dents prior to purchase. They completely dropped the ball and never once tried to make it up to me. Thankfully they have a 3 day return policy. I backed out of the deal before I even took possession of the car. Will never ever consider working with them ever again. They are only concerned with closing the deal and no communication at all after that.

Unhappy customer
Terrible experience. Waited almost two weeks for a used car I purchased. No communication. They forgot to put it in the shop to fix what we agreed upon, no apologies and no follow up not even when I asked for conformation that the deal was cancelled per their 3 day guarantee. Hope they don't treat others the way I was treated.
