Great experience
Ryan went above and beyond staying with personally giving me a ride home as I began walking. My car was thoroughly inspected and all parts were replaced in a timely manner.

Excellent experience
My experience with auto nation park meadows was excellent. They were willing to deal and find incentives so we could finalize the purchase of my canyon. The salesman was very knowledgable and polite no high pressure. We had a enjoyable experience and would recommend auto nation to friends and family.

Great Service
My experience at Autonation GMC was great. Ryan Kaparoff was great. He kept me informed on how my car was doing and how much longer. He did talk to me about how I needed tires which I knew and printed off the tires they have that fit my car and talked to me about how they compare. I have always had a great experience there. I never fell pressured and always fell welcomed. I will contract Ryan when I'm going to get my tires. I'll be looking for a car for my son and will go there to buy it!!!!!!!

Wasn't impressed by the Customer service.
Wasn't the experience I was hoping for when searching for a new vehicle to buy. I like to feel welcome when I am about to buy a $ 60,000 truck.

AMAZING Car Buying Experience
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Was smooth and I had no issues whatsoever - AND I got the exact vehicle I wanted! I would highly recommend this dealership as I plan on using them for years to come!

Excellent Sales...Horrible Service Department
We have purchased 2 new cars from other Auto Nation dealerships and have always been satisfied with the service and sales departments. I expected the same the GMC/Buick AutoNation. The sales department was excellent and got us in and out fast. Jason Montgomery was awesome and always remembers me when he I am down getting the cart serviced (Which has been 1 a month since we bought the Yukon Denali Hybrid) The service department is horrible. After 5 different visits for the same issue I get rude and condescending service people, and stuck with a huge bill for an issue that I have brought to them since the day we purchased the “Certified Preowned” vehicle. Stay away! I don’t think they know what the truth is, very shady and rude. 5 visits and 5 different answers. What is funny is that they only have 2 of my visits documented and every time they said could not find the issue. Next time I will pay over $50,000 to punch myself in the face, it might work out better for me

Great service, facilities, and shuttle!
My 2006 GMC Envoy Denali broke down while visiting the area. After road side assistance picked up my vehicle and dropped it off I did not know what to expect. However they did recommend talking to Cindy in the Service Department. They were absolutely correct. Cindy was very friendly and kept me informed. Although the heater hoses and AC line was not in stock she had to inform me that I had to stay over the weekend in the area in order to get my vehicle repaired. This was an unexpected cost. However Cindy was able to save me $500 on the parts ordered to repair my vehicle. I got my vehicle on the following Monday as promissed. The dealership was professional at all times and although there was a high volume of customers on that Saturday morning, they were able to begin work the same day to keep me informed. I apreciate all of the work and assistance to get me back on the road. GREAT WORK.

Attempt at obtaining extended warranty refund
I didn't want to result to submitting a poor review but here goes. The General Manager and Finance staff are completely unresponsive to my numerous calls. I special ordered a vehicle in 2013 and it took 4 months to be built and arrive. That's not the problem. I had time and wasn't in a hurry for the car. Sales staff was great. However, I traded the vehicle in two weeks ago and have been trying to get a refund on the extended warranty and the extended tire and wheel protection. They refuse to return calls. I ultimately contacted GMAC and reached out to social media to attempt resolution. Social media (which I have since discovered is GMAC), assured me the GM would contact me. That has not happened. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership and would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from them.
