This was by far the most stress free and expedient car...

This was by far the most stress free and expedient car buying experience in 40 years of buying cars. The GO Buick team is friendly, extremely knowledgable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my wife was given everything she needed to make this decision to buy. Jason even stayed late to make sure we were comfortable in the operation of every device in the car. I would have given a 10 rating if it were available. Thanks to everyone that made this a great experience.

I was looking for a new crossover for my wife, we went down to Go GMC and liked what we saw. Jason Montgomery was our sales guy and Kevin Kessenger is the manager and they treated us with the most respect. After looking for 2 months we went back to this dealership. We bought a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali fully loaded. This was the the best dealership I have ever been to, they treat you with the most respect and are not pushy. I will go back their to purchase another GMC. This place is outstanding with customer service and very easy going.

Bryan was very friendly and attentive even though the dealership was in the middle of construction. He gave us a great deal and a very fair trade in for our old car which was also a GMC. They try very hard to meet our every need which can be difficulte because we live 160 miles away.

Bryan Curtis did a phenomenal job in finding a car for me...

Bryan Curtis did a phenomenal job in finding a car for me (it was in Loveland, 1 hr. + away) and getting the deal done before we left on a spring break vacation. We had been looking off and on for a while, and quite last minute decided that maybe the time was right to have a new car for our trip to Arizona leaving the next Tuesday. We started seriously looking around March 20th,21st and were contacted by all of the GM Buick dealers in the area that week. We thought we wanted a white diamond tri-coat Enclave and Bryan was the one who was willing to not only put in the effort to look for one, but also took the time to find out what discounts we could possibly qualify for. Because there was not a white tri-coat available within 300+ miles that had the equipment we wanted on it, we started considering other colors by Saturday. Bryan patiently showed us what colors were available and we went home to think about it. By Monday morning we had decided on black and Bryan went to work to get us the car by that evening. WOW! Got the call that all was ready by 7:00 that night, and we went in to sign and pick up! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with our new car and can't believe what a joy it is to drive! Thank you Bryan for doing what many would have said wasn't do-able, as you really only had that afternoon to obtain the car from Loveland (no rush hour traffic involved I'm sure.....) and get all ready for us! Bryan has followed up with us to make sure all is going well, much appreciated!

Sales people worked very hard to insure that I was looking at vehicles that had all of the extras that I was interested in. Bryan also took considerable time to explain all aspects of the deal and set-up and demonstrated the vehicles features and equipment. He has also made him self available for future questions or issues.

All employees with whom we had contact were very helpful....

All employees with whom we had contact were very helpful. We felt we received attention to our personal/specific needs and interests. Great help with orienting to the "keyless" Buick Verona . . . lots of new aspects that would have been more challenging had we needed to completely depend upon the vehicle manual. There was no "hard sell" involved and that has too often been the common practice when purchasing a new vehicle in the past/at other dealerships. Mr. Montgomery understood the vehicle. The response from the time contact was initiated was smooth, timely and we will recommend the dealership to others. Geoff Shilling , Asst Service Mgr, oriented us to the service department/services. Ronald Garretson was the Finance person and he presented options in a very professional manner.

Had a great experience with this dealer. They were friendly and able to accommodate all of my requests. I was able to work with them to get a great vehicle price and more value for my trade-in then offered elsewhere. I would recommend the team here.

The entire process was smooth and exceptional. From the sales associate, to the finance manager, all the way up to the fleet manager. They all worked well as a team that was on your side. I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
