It is rare for me to come away from a dealer feeling like I genuinely enjoyed my shopping experience. At GO Buick GMC in Park Meadows, the respect, attention to detail, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff was more akin to what you would have expected of customer service 20 years ago, rather than what we are accustomed to anymore. There was no pressure from the sales person. No suggestion to look at a higher priced vehicle and a willingness to allow me the time needed to make a decision about purchasing the car. When it came time to go through paperwork, everything was explained, leaving no ambiguity or worry over what I was signing and my sales person stayed with me despite having other buyers coming in with obviously more money to spend. Finance was trouble-free and quick. I would recommend them for anyone who values this kind of purchasing experience. They deserve more than a great rating. Thank you!

I went into a dealership to buy a vehicle on March 10, 2012 and bought a $58,000 vehicle. During the 5+ hours of negotiations we agreed to a payment we could afford which was $888.62. We did not have any money to put down on a vehicle so we 100% financed the vehicle. Go GMC had us sign a contract stating that our tax rate is 4% but in fact we find out 3 months later that our tax rate is really 6.75%. I live in Castle Pines, Colorado. I called our City Office and found out that our tax rate here has been 6.75% since February 2008. I do not understand why Go GMC did not know about this increase, it has been 5 years and I am sure they have sold a car to someone in Castle Pines within the last 5 years. Go GMC then comes back to us and demands we owe them $1512.97 in which we do not have the money to pay. I have had many phone calls as well as going into the dealership and meeting personally with the GM (Mark Perry) to explain this to him. The best that he can do for us is to increase our payments for the next 6 months to $1140.83. If not paid within the 6 month period they will have no choice but to add attorney fees.

I will never shop here again!!!!

The manager called me last night to tell me that my desired vehicle was available and ready to be driven off of the lot. . It was already arranged for me to come in today and sign the paperwork. I had already been there two days ago and filled out all needed credit information, and gave the salesperson the desired make, model, year, and features that I wanted. Over the phone, the details were ironed out and payment amount arranged. I was so excited that my work day seemed to stretch on forever. They called me this afternoon, about 3 hours before our scheduled appointment, to tell me that they sold the vehicle to someone else. When I asked how they could have done that I was told that my salesperson was not in today, so wires were crossed, and then he told me that they would try to find another vehicle for me. DO NOT BOTHER. I called later, and I was told by the receptionist that my salesperson was in today, but with a customer. I was lied to, because the salesperson did not want to tell me himself that he screwed me over. I am a very hard worker, and I make a respectable living. Unfortunately, I too have been hit with this failing economy, and my credit is less than perfect. Be that as it may, the dealership seemed to work hard to get me the acceptable financing and credit approval. However, it is apparant that it only takes someone with a larger down payment, better trade-in, or a slightly better credit rating for the dealership to sell them the vehicle that had already been promised to another. I feel betrayed and angry. As if I was not important, and my money was not as good as another's. This is the 2nd time that a GO dealership has sold a car out from under me while I was on route to sign the documents. Sincerely, An angry former customer. As the sign says,,,I will GO somewhere else with my money. I will tell all of my friends and family to do the same.

Purchased a 2009 Buick Enclave. During signing paperwork, we were introduced to an extended protection plan of 60 months/100,000 miles. Ron Garretson quoted the cost to replace a computer that operates the vehicle equivalent to the cost of the protection plan. He further added that there are many computers in the car that we were purchasing. Additionally, Ron confirmed that the protection plan would cover bumper to bumper for the term of the loan that we had financed wich was a 60 month loan. A month after purchase, we received the Major Guard agreement which terms in 2014. I contacted Ron Garretson by leaving messages on his voicemail and email. Nine days after initial call to Ron, he responded by email that infact the term coverage was for two years. He commented that he was going to check about getting an additional two years at no cost. as of this rating, I have not heard from him. I have corresponed with Kevin Kessinger, who last Monday, July 30, 2012, that he would speak with Ron. Have not heard from Kevin. Follow up from Ron and Kevin is extremely poor. On August 7, 2012, I received an email from Kevin asking me when it would be a good time for me to come shop for a car. I remeinded him that I had recently purchased a used vehicle and was still waiting for a response to reconcile the extended protection plan coverage. Kevin responds to make me aware that Buick has zero percent finance on new vehicles for a 72 month loan and that might be able to get me a nice payment on a twelve if i would like to come out of a 2009? Poor customer service.

The sales person was great. Even when we told him we wanted to spend around $6,000, he spent a lot of time with us, was very helpful, and didn't blink at our lower price range. We hired a 3rd party to inspect the car, and when one minor problem was found, the dealership thoroughly inspected it, and fixed it. Kevin even offered for us to take the car home, and test drive it for a few hours. The purchasing was painless, and went well.

Prompt and courteous responses. No pressure and honest negotiations. Clearly identified vehicle options. We found exactly the vehicle we were looking for. The process from beginning to end was efficient and painless. We will definitely recommend Kevin Kessenger and GO Buick GMC Park Meadows to others.

This was a very good car buying experience. Started with Costco, and submitted on line asking for information. I received 2 email responses and a phone call in a very short period of time. Set up an appointment and was greeted right when I pulled in to dealership. The service was fast, took about 2 hours from start to driving away in a new vehicle.
