Bryan really worked with me on options and price, and got me exactly the deal we wanted. Larry "Mac" McBride did a great job on the recall that got me in there and helping with the trade-in process. This is the 4th car we've bought there and have been repeat customers since 1997.

Jason was outstanding in LISTENING to my needs and anticipating what I needed to hear from him about the car. He had the car READY for me to test drive when I got there. He knew that he was competing against Lexus and Mercedes and I needed to hear the differences. I have been planning to buy the Lexus for months. He pointed me to the Touring Model Lacrosse, knowing the ride was most important to me and could strongly compete with Lexus. He pointed out the features that I was interested in, that I had not read about during my research. He was really sold on this car himself, and it showed. This car feels like it was built by APPLE it is so advanced. Jason followed through on the financing to allow me to buy the car the day I drove it instead of waiting a month. I had planned to take my time and test drive a few cars before buying. Jason didn't let that happen, but also didn't pressure. He knew the car would sell itself. He was very patient on a busy day and got the deal done. Your Finance Manager was very pro-active and positive in getting the deal done. I like that. I am VERY impressed with the LaCrosse Touring and Buick/GM overall. You are making a great comeback. I used to be a GM car, then I switched to Japanese cars (Acura, Honda, Toyota) for the last 15 years. You are now in the lead, and I like that. Quality of the car is excellent.

The purchase of the new vehicle was a great process. The sales people were kn owledgable and helpful. I have two negative comments that I have to add to my experience. 1. We traded in a vehicle for credit towards the new purchase. My husband and I were extremely honest and disclosed everything about the vehicle, including that it has been in an accident. We recently noticed our old car for sale on their used car lot, and they are not disclosing the accident. They are saying that it has a clean accident rating from CARFAX, which may be the case, but we all know that the car was in an accident. They know that they will not get as good of a price on the car because it has been in an accident, so they are, in my opinion, lying about it to make money. This makes me sick to my stomach, and for this reason, I can't give Hamilton his "perfect" rating that he has been hounding me for since the moment we signed the papers. 2. Hamilton has expressed several times how important it is for him to get a perfect rating. It is borderline Obsessive / Compulsive. It has become quite obnoxious to the point that he has called me at home to ask for this perfect rating. This is obscene and borderline harrassment. So. No. Perfect. Rating. Due to lying and harrassment. I would recommend Go GMC, but certainly not Hamilton.

Jason Montgomery gave my wife and I awesome customer service. No pressure on our purchase at all. They worked with us until we were happy with the price and our trade-in was within reason. My wife and I would encourage anyone is who is a potential buyer to go by and see these guys, in fact I don't believe we will be shopping anywhere else in the future.

I've bought from this dealership before and needed a new GMC Sierra 1500 Extended Cab. They worked with me to find the truck that was closest to my criteria. They located it and brought it in from another dealer. Both Mike Bryk and Jeff Zeiter were fantastic.

Jason Montgomery was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful about the vehicle type I was interested in, showed me the best deal of the day on the lot. In putting together a deal, Jason was professional in obtaining responses to my needs for removal of certain equipment from the truck being traded and having service department install the equipment on the new vehicle. Jason provided a thorough explanation and demonstration of features and technology on the new vehicle. After the sale, Jason has provided regular follow up and assisted in using technology features which I have needed assistance in installing such as syncing cell phone to use through truck system. I feel comfortable that Jason would assist me in the future should I need to assistance.

Scott Nelson did a great job understanding what we needed for a car, not only over the phone, but in person during a few different visits. He was impecable in follow through, and following up. He was constantly looking for a deal that would be mutually beneficial, which he was able to make. I would recommend Scott to anyone I know looking for a new car.

Typical used car salesman - Get it in writing!
We bought a Buick Enclave from Go Buick GMC in October of 2010. Everything about the deal turned out to not be what the salesman promised: -Not certified used as stated -DVD system they installed promised to be factory was NOT factory -Interest rate changed when we went in to sign papers -Shop work promised at time of purchase took 3 trips to the dealer and leaving the vehicle for a total of 5 days and still had to take it to another dealer to have it fixed -Sales manager stood by salesman when I took our issues to him and did nothing to help. The vehicle itself has been good so far, but I will not go back to this dealer to buy my next vehicle and would not recommend them.
