Good service

they fixed the problem quickly and i got my car back running better than it was before i needed the repair. i would recommend sending your ford here.

Great service, good deal.

Jonathan provided a completed explanation of the battery service. The car was ready at the time he said it would, including a free car wash. The cost was reasonable, and at the price he mentioned when I dropped the car off. Once again, great service, good deal.

Very Little Effort to speed the process

My vehicle was initially mis-diagnosed by the service department, which resulted in it taking about three weeks to do what should have taken no more than three days. Lots of excuses, very little communication and now I finally have it back and do not believe they correctly fixed my car. There is MUCH more road noise that there used to be and the wheels seem to vibrate once you get on the freeway. Nothing like what it drove like in the past. Very disappointing experience.

Awesome experience!

Although I disagree with this recent fascination about everyone's opinion, the service I received from them was performed quickly and professionally. Please do not ask for another review, the reason for being in business is to treat your customer fairly. My experience with Freeway Ford has been wonderful since my first purchase in 1986.
