I regularly have my vehicle serviced here

I bought my Ford last year but then moved to Blooming ton soon after. I always have my vehicle serviced here and have always been satisfied with the work. The customer service is excellent.

New 2019 Super Duty

Rick and Greg were easy to deal with. I knew what I wanted and they gave me a fair price on my trade. I would buy again from Freeway Ford.

New-To-Me-Vehicle Purchase

Would rate 10 stars if I could. I haven't purchased a vehicle from a dealership in over 10 years, and that was while married with almost perfect credit. I've been through a rough divorce since and my credit reeeally suffered. This month life circumstance put me in need of a new(er) vehicle but I seriously doubted I'd be approved for anything but a tin can. I applied for financing ONLINE, and heard within 2 hours that I was approved for the 2013 Ford Focus I was interested in. Everyone from Sales to Finance was so kind, helpful, and unbelievably efficient that I almost didn't lift a finger, and I just drove home in my new (to me) ruby red car. If you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used, listen. Stop by Freeway Ford. Shout out to Chris Hoffman, Brian Ward, Brian Steinhorst, and Joe (whose last name has left me but we'll call him Oz because he's the important guy behind the curtain) for staying past close to put me behind the wheel. You guys are good people.

This is my third vehicle with Freeway Ford and I have always had an exceptional experience. I’ve never felt pressured, uncomfortable or rushed with the process. New vehicle purchase

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new F-150 from Freeway Ford. We worked with Patrick Martin and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not pushy in the least. They really made us feel like our business meant a lot to them, and they ensured we were taken care of.

Your quick or express service is no longer quick or fast.

Why are you using your quick service program to do your recalls? Don’t you realize that your customers like being able to stop by and get their new car purchased from you serviced. When I stopped by to get my new car serviced and was told it would be a two hour wait. If you are going to be doing this I suggest that you allow any new car customers to make an appointment to get cars serviced. I thought this was started as a convenient service for your customers.

Awesome service

Brought our vehicle to Freeway Ford for an oil change as well as for them to retrieve our seat belt that had slipped under the seat. John and his staff did a great job!! They made sure it was completed the same day it was brought in, even though it was a "active" day for them. Surely appropriate that, as I needed the car the next day.
