After checking the inventory and a few prices with Brian Peterson, a few days later my wife and I decided to drive through the dealership and look at the vehicles. Angela strolled up to us and asked if she could be of any assistance. Brian was off of work and Angela stepped right up. She let us test drive a few vehicles and gave input about the subtle differences with each. After a few bags of popcorn and a couple cups of coffee, we came to a decision. Angela was the perfect NO PRESSURE salesperson. She will be an asset to the Freeway Ford sales team.

Had my edge towed in for service and learned it was dead. Worked with Tim and bought a new vehicle a couple days later. Service is holding my old vehicle till I get the title and then cutting me s check for it. Very pleased overall

Wasted a Saturday.
I went to quick lube for oil change on my Raptor that I bought at Freeway. They said it would be 2 hours which in my mind isn’t acceptable. After two hours and forty minutes I decided to leave the main waiting area and go check in the status. I found my vehicle in the parking lot and it had been done for some time and no one told me it was ready. Time is money to me, not acceptable.

Fusion airbag replacement
Good experience. Appreciated the shuttle. Diagnostics fee was reasonable. Hope not to learn whether the repair was completed correctly. Appreciated repair estimate over the phone.

Awesome
It was the fastest, most friendly experience, I have ever had when purchasing a car. The staff even helped me get hot chocolate. And then they sent me homemade cookies!!! Just a great overall experience!

Quick Lane Service Nonexistent
Several times I’ve tried to use the convenience of the “quick lane“ service that was touted when I purchased the car. Every time I try to use it I’m told I have to make an appointment or that the wait time is extensive. Why would it be called a “quick Lane service” if you have to make an appointment and wait?

Ford Truck
Great service!!! I took my truck in due to a noise that I was hearing in the front end. Tyler was awesome. Dropped the truck off in the morning and received 3 updates on the situation. They are so customer focused. Hard to find that kind of customer service these days!! Thank you

New battery/warranty work
Vehicle was towed using Ford Roadside Assistance (which was amazing service with multiple updates via text) with the vehicle inspected the next day. Was provided an accurate update on completion and price along with timely updates.
