Freeway Ford

Walter was quite helpful at the desk. We discussed tires and they have quite a promotion going on now where I will get an unbeatable price. I applied for a Ford Service credit card, was approved, used it to pay for the service and saved $20 on the bill. With the card, I will also get a $140 tire rebate. The best part of the visit was being on my way in less than an hour.

Sales people were very helpful and accommodating. Very good experience and really like our Escape. Excellent in the snow. This is the first Ford I have had since 1990 when I purchased a 1991 model 4 door Ford Explorer when they first came out. I ran that to over 300,000 miles. Since then I have been running Toyota's but will see how the Escape works now that I have a Ford again.

I was not even shopping for a new car but Shane was able to find me an amazing deal on a lease and I was able to trade in my previous car. Great overall experience.

Overall our experience was great! We walked in to "just look" and walked away with a great car. We were very honest about our intensions and Tim Ross was great at explaining options and showing us cars without the expectation we would buy. We did not feel any pressure from Tim and it was very refreshing to work with him. The process itself was quicker than we expected and everyone was very friendly, in the end we drove off in our new (slightly used) Escape.

Patrick, Rob, and Joe were a pleasure to deal with. They gave me a fair deal on my trade, a great deal on my purchase, and made the whole process quick and efficient. They worked with my credit union to have everything lined up and ready to go when I got there. I live an hour away, so making multiple trips would have been inconvenient, to say the least. One trip to test drive and the next visit I was in and out with my new vehicle in under 40 minutes. Patrick has followed up since to make sure everything is going smoothly with my new purchase. Awesome group!

The service process was easy and friendly. It minimized the disruption to my day. The service manager gave good options for new tires and explained their benefits.

Came in for an oil change & transmission flush. Walter was extremely helpful. I even came back the next day for tires instead of going to a goodyear shop. I've bought my last 2 vehicles at freeway ford. And my dad has been a customer since late 90's. The customer service is always the best. Even past experiences with the fiance dept and etc. Thank you freeway ford!
