Great Guys

I had a great experience here. Patrick was great and very kind. So was Glen and Gregg. They got what I wanted for the price I wanted. So happy with my explorer.

Great experience

Well it was my first time using ford service and it was great. They really understood me and answed all my question I had. Also they fix the issue with car.

Quick Lane oil change

They are true to their title. Nice work done by all. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I will come back again.

Excellent Service

Dean provided excellent service. He understood the need for tire replacement and worked with my fleet provider to get it done in a timely way.

Not very quick

Walter was very helpful and didn’t push any unneeded services. The only negative thing I experienced was the fact I tried three times to get into the “Quicklane”, but each time I was told the wait was going to be over two hours. Not too quick.

Fast and fantastic service

Quick and easy. The service team was pleasant and worked expeditiously to complete there work ina timely manner. The service professional is top-notch! Highly recommend!

Great Service!

Every staff member I interacted was very friendly and helpful. Brian Ward was very easy to work with and did not make me feel pressured.

The leasing person that helped us was great.

We ordered a new Edge to Lease. The only issue that we had was that we signed out the vehicle I asked the Finance Manager about a $299 charge. He said it was for Pulse and proceeded to brush over it with a story about an experience he had with Pulse. When we got home my husband tried it and we did not have pulse on our Edge. When he called the Dealership to ask about it they said "oh, it was never installed on your vehicle" and that they would refund the $299. While we appreciate the prompt return of the money, it really makes us wonder how many times other customers get taken for the $299. We found Robert Stewart to be very nice and very helpful.

Great Service

Shane went out of his way to accommodate my expectations. Went there to look at one truck and bought a different one to meet my wants/needs. I'm never a fan of the financing portion, but there's a reason why their not in sales. Again look for Shane he will treat you right and get you what you need!
