My first experience at the Freeway Ford service center was very positive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was the first ill change on my new Explorer. I'll continue to have Freeway Ford be my service center.

Great service
Brought my Explorer in without an appointment & was told they were booked for the rest of the week. I was figuring out how to get a ride & rent a car when Tyler said he’d look at it first. What they found was a battery issue, and Tyler said they could replace the battery for me pretty much right away. While I waited, they found another part that had been eaten away by battery acid, and they replaced that too. They also replaced the batteries in both of my key fobs.. I was back out in about an hour and a half, and the cost was reasonable- much less than I was worried i’d have to spend. Tyler was VERY helpful & polite. I am extremely happy with my service & grateful to Tyler.

Customer service great
Not pleased with maintenance done to car.30,000 mile check was a RIP off,the washer fluid they use is low grade,my tachometer is residing to high and just not pleased at all with the service for what I paid,I could go on

Normally, great service, but this time it lacked
I have always recommended Freeway Ford for service, but this time I left discouraged. I had scheduled an appointment for an audio problem. They were unable to replicate the problem. However, when they brought me my car to leave, the problem occurred again. I left the car on and went to get the service adviser. He tried to do a couple of things to fix it but said all the technicians were gone and I would have to schedule another appointment and maybe leave it for 2-3 days. In talking to other Ford owners, this same problem has happened to them and it is a known issue. This service adviser didn't appear to know anything about this as a more global problem. I understand they can't do anything about it when it doesn't happen if it is there...but it did happen and all I could do was leave without sound coming out of my radio again.

good experience
I arrived just after 4 p.m. & they were busy. It took almost an hour but the customer lounge in the fast lane is a nice place to wait in. they got my work done as quickly as they could that night & as always the service was curious & friendly.
