Warranty and Routine Work always a positive experience

My 2013 Escape had been in many times for warranty work and I was always treated professionally and promptly and provided with transportation or a rental. Also, regular maintenance in the Express Service Lane has also been done promptly and within a reasonable price. Their estimates are usually right on. My last service date was March 8, 2018 where I had an excellent mechanic take care of the 30,000 mile maintenance service. Thanks again, Freeway Ford

Ford Fusion Energi

Overall I had a great experience. Barry was a great salesman who explained the details of the hybrid system to me. He was patience and was accountable. He followed up with my questions and concerns in a timely matter. Even after the sale he still has helped me with questions. This is the first time I bought a car from freeway ford and I would do it again.

2009 Ford King Ranch

I found the pickup on the internet and sent a message. Deb responded to my message and we traded pictures of the 2009 Ford King Ranch and my 2007 Dodge. They gave me an estimate of trade value and when I drove up to look at the pickup they were right on for the difference in price of the 2. They were awesome to work with and everything went very smoothly.

Pleasant experience from beginning to end

I connected with Freeway Ford via Edmunds.com. I was looking for either a 2017 or 2018 Ford Escape. I heard from Brian Ward at Freeway Ford immediately. He was courteous, yet persistent. Brian was knowledgeable regarding the Escape levels and options. I believe I received a good deal on the 2018 Titanium I purchased from Brian, and he has been consistent on his follow up.
