Barbe was so great!!

Freeway Ford was awesome. We found our dream truck for a decent price. The best part of working with them was Barbe. She was so helpful and always wanted to make sure that my husband and I were happy. Another great thing about the dealership is that a lot of the financing work was done through text! It was the best! When you work 9-5 its hard to communicate over the phone with someone all the time, with texting it was much easier. They use a secure line so I wasn't worried at all! Overall, such a great experience with Freeway Ford and Barbe. We will definitely be going back!

Super sales service at Freeway Ford

After my son purchased a new car , he recommended that I contact Barbe Castjohn through the internet. After reviewing possible makes and models at the internet, I decided to visit Ms Barbe Castjohn at the Freeway Ford Center. Upon entering the center's lobby, a center employee, upon my request, quickly paged Ms Castjohn. After She showed me several vehicles I decided on a 2017 Ford Edge. Ms Castjohn patiently and professionally explained all the vehicle's features. Her knowledge and method of explaining the features vehicle's functions was incredible. After the onsite demonstration she accompanied me on a test drive during which she explained the car's features on a hands on basis. I decided to purchased but I must say, I may not have done so without the assistance of Ms Barbe's assistance.

Loving my Edge

I filled out an inquiry online to check to see if I could qualify for the car I wanted. I wasn’t contacted right away by Barbe. She was quick to answer my questions. I was able to come in for a test drive and walk out with my new 2014 Edge. I would definitely go back for good customer service when I am ready to look for a new car.

Patient is the key

Russell at tthe Rogers group was very helpful with sonata i purchase. I found a great deal on a 2018 sonata in the price range that fit. Rev. Anthony. Chicago Rogers auto group. App would not change to Chicago.Illinois.

Amazing

I went to Freeway Ford not positive that I wanted a SUC from here, but I had some questions. Barbe was very welcoming and energetic, I needed that. Great service deapartment

I've been taking my 2013 Escape to Freeway Ford Express Servive for almost five years. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They make service recommendations without pressure and the cost for service is reasonable, I highly recommend.

2018 to the Max!

Debra found a 2018 Expedition Max with the features and color we wanted when there were none to be had in the Twin Cities! Freeway Ford was able to coordinate most of the sale via phone and email so we knew what we were getting when we actually went to the dealership. It was very helpful since we live about 40 minutes away. Love our new Max!

Wonderful Experience!

Barbe is great to work with, told her a couple of things I wanted in a vehicle and she was able to show me several that fit what I wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable about the product she is showing. Although she knew I was not buying that day she was gracious with her time and knowledge and looked at financing options for when I am ready to buy. Looking forward to coming and buying my vehicle soon!
