The positive: The man who helped me was polite and kind. My car was serviced in a timely manner. I appreciated the car wash. The negative: When I stepped up to the service counter, four people were seated at computers. They all looked up at me however totally ignored me. Some were having conversations with each other, no one was on the phone. I was the only customer. Not one acknowledged me! No one welcomed me to FORD. Or said "Just a moment, I'll be right with you", or "How may I help you?' I was totally ignored by all of them. It was extremely uncomfortable and needless to say, upsetting. Finally someone asked if I needed help. I don't know how much time had lapsed at this point but it was long enough my son-in-law, who was taking me back home, got out of his vehicle and came to see what the hold up was. What should have taken five minutes took what felt like an eternity. It was extremely uncomfortable standing there and absolutely unacceptable custom service!

I went in for an oil change. FAST< FRIENDLY < SERVICE
Every time I stop I am greeted with a warm and friendly smile. They were fast and I was on my way. It was a very busy morning and I really thought it would be a longer wait. Some people complain that they aren't greeted...try greeting them first with a warm smile and a cherry hello and you will get it right back.

Oil change
I stopped in for a Quick Lane oil change. They said it could be up to an hour and a half wait, but it was finished in 45 minutes. They did a great job, and also topped-off other fluids. With coupon, it cost just under 30 bucks.

Great people to deal with for a car purchase
My salesperson was Brian Ward. The Manager that I worked with is Greg. They were both fantastic in providing me excellent customer service. They were attentive to my needs. They provided me a very fair deal on my car. They were very friendly and were quickly responsive when I needed to reach them. I would recommend this dealership and Brian Ward as a salesperson to anyone.

Brought my car in as I had a recall notice. Everything went perfectly, they gave me a shuttle ride back home, so there was no interruption in my day. Very satisfied customer.

Good experience
In past dealings with a dealership, I’ve always felt as though I had to be on the defensive, making sure we weren’t getting ripped of. The experience I had with Barry at Freeway Ford was so different - everything was handled in an honest and up front manner, from the test drive to the negotiation and even the finance experience. A very pleasant experience
My wife wanted a new car and she settled on a Focus SEL Hatchback. I called this dealership and spoke to Brian Ward. I explained what we would like and within 30 mins I had an email outlining everything we had discussed. When we got to dealership the car was sitting immaculate and ready to go. All paperwork was ready. Brian explained everything about the car. The whole ecoerience was quick, thotough and pleasant. The best car buying experience, hands down. We travelled 270 miles and it was well worth it ... Superb.
