Took care of me Easy and Quickly!

I got a great deal on a car, they even shopped for the best APR for my loan. And gave me a fair price on my trade-in. Barbe was so helpful and friendly!

Customers of profound importance!

This is how we felt as we drove off in our new Ford. Shouldn’t you feel this way every time you purchase a new vehicle? After purchasing over twenty new vehicles during my lifetime, with prices as high as $106,000. This is the first time I have pulled away feeling this way. Freeway Ford wanted to ensure my wife and I received everything we were looking for in our new vehicle, and Barry (our sales rep.) accomplished this. Freeway has a large inventory of vehicles. What they didn’t have was the exact combination of color and features we desired…just short of special order. Rather than promoting the benefits of a vehicle in current inventory. Barry asked that he could have until the following morning to find what we were looking for. Not only did Barry find our vehicle. He found three vehicles matching the list of options to choose from with varying colors. What further impressed was two of the vehicles were over 200 miles away in a neighboring state! …Wow!!! The following morning our vehicle was being delivered ready for pickup. The best part was you could see the excitement in Barry’s face, knowing he had gone above all else to fulfill our needs and make this a great experience. Thanks Freeway! Thanks Barry!!! You ensured that we drove off in our new vehicle confident in our purchase decision?

Amazing experience

I’ve been to hundreds of dealerships and never purchased a vehicle from one, until now. It’s all about the experience and the people at Freeway Ford were amazing! From walking in the door, to driving off the lot in my new truck. I was treated with respect. I worked with Barbe and she was awesome. Most dealerships leave me dodging pushy sales people, but at Freeway Ford, I felt right at home. I highly recommend getting your next vehicle from here. When it comes time to buy again, I’ll be back.

Purchase of new Ford Edge experience.

After reviewing multiple Ford dealerships website we requested information from Freeway Ford. The information was provided in a very timely manner. We then set up a viewing and test drive within a couple of days. Everyone we encountered was very courteous and helpful and found the dealership to be very nice and neat. We worked out a deal that evening and scheduled the vehicle pickup the following Saturday. We arrived Saturday on a very frigid Minnesota December morning ane were greeted as we walked in the door. We added remote start which was being completed while we signed the paperwork. Freeway Ford had everything in order and we were on our way home later that morning in our new Edge. I feel that Freeway Ford does a very good job and would recommend any one looking for a new Ford vehicle to check them out.

Instrument Cluster Failure on 5 Yr Old F150

The instrument cluster went out on my 2012 F150, it cost $900 to replace, when I went to talk to the dealership manager about my dissatisfaction, he immediately passed me off to the Service Manager, he could not get rid of me any quicker. When I asked the service manager (he was nice) if one should expect the instrument cluster to fail on a 5 year old vehicle, he said no, but that Ford would do nothing for me since my vehicle had 100K miles. When I asked to have the failed cluster, he indicated that I would have to pay the $350 core charge to keep it, which means these clusters are easily repairable. I am an engineer who has performed a lot of circuit board failure analysis, the fact that the cluster failure frequency increased over time indicated this was a sign of a solder joint failure. And Ford and Freeway Ford are not willing to stand behind a manufacturing defect, regardless of the mileage, REALLY!? I have a 5 year old Apple iMac computer, the monitor hinge failed, Apple indicated that this should never have happened and covered a $180 repair even though it was out of warranty. Apple has a customer for life. I had 1.5 year old Honda Odyssey, one of the passenger door motors failed, even though out of warranty the dealership covered the $500 repair because it should not have failed. Honda has a customer for life. Ford and Freeway Ford have an instrument cluster failure that should not have ever happened, instead of backing their vehicles, they hide behind the excuse the vehicle has 100K miles, do you think they have a customer for life!? I have owed numerous Fords over the years, and had (3) Fords at the time of the incident, I immediately sold my Escape and when the time comes to replace my Focus and F150, do you think I will replace them with a Ford, NO, because they have CLEARLY demonstrated they will not stand behind them, even if the issue was a manufacturing defect!!!!!

Dead Battery and New Tires

-10 and the car wouldn't start. Battery worked only if jumped. Called Freeway Ford and was told to bring it right over to the Quick Lane and they could install a new battery. Got the car there but the Quick Lane had a 2 hour wait. No worries! Dropped the car off and within 1 hour got a call that the battery was in! They also noticed that my tires were low on tread - which I already knew. Offered a fantastic price on the Goodyear Assurance All Season tires and there was a rebate which they filled out for me and submitted. How easy was that??? LOVE Freeway Ford! Always friendly and always professional!
