Experience

We are very pleased with not only the vehicle we purchased and with the excellent customer service. If I were to purchase another vehicle I’d only purchase it from Freeway Ford. My son, last summer, also purchased a vehicle from Freeway Ford and felt satisfied with his Ford Focus and the salesperson who walked him through the purchasing of it. My Ford Edge ROCKS!

Patrick Martin, Matt Augustine, and everyone else that we encountered during our search for a new vehicle were amazing! Patrick was so patient while we were narrowing down what color and year we were looking for in an Edge. Definitely recommend the high quality of service that we received! This was the 2nd vehicle that we've purchased from Freeway Ford in the last 4 years...I'm sure that we will be back when we are in the market for another vehicle!

New truck owner.

Recently changed oil at the Quick Lane, and had a tire plugged. As always, service was timely, professional, friendly, and done right. This is the second new truck I have purchased at Freeway Ford. Being a self employed boiler man, I know the service business, which is why I continue to bring my business back to Freeway Ford. They stand by there product with excellent service. Rich MacDonald

Bought 2 cars from Brian!

Where's the Microscope?

I've owned a lot of cars, and without exception, I've resented the buying processes for all of them. Every time I have bought a car through any dealership, I've felt as if I was being stripped down to my shorts and put under a microscope to reveal all my flaws, faults and shortcomings. Then, I met Deb at Freeway Ford. She had my car, my color, my features and a discount pricing structure with terms I couldn't pass up. But when we went into the process of securing financing, I braced myself for the microscope. There wasn't one. The whole thing was detailed but painless and I drove the car home that night. Why can't it always be this easy? Don't know, but I do know I'll be back to see Deb when it's time to get another car.

Thanksgiving breakdown

My vehicle would not start Thanksgiving Day. I called ford road side had it towed to Freeway Ford. I came in the next morning and Matt the service advisor already had the car diagnosed and getting repaired under warranty and no charge to me. It was a quick and painless repair!

Good sales experience - bad warranty support

Purchased a 2017 Explorer Sport to replace my 2014 Explorer XLT that I also purchased at Freeway Ford. The 2014 Explorer XLT was underpowered and had premature rust which wasn’t covered by warranty because it hadn’t advanced to the point of perforating the metal. The rust would only continue so I decided to seek any support the dealer may offer. The repurchase experience was good and so far my new Explorer has been a nice improvement. The one, and significant downside was that I was offered assistance to resolve my 2014 Explorer’s rust issue by Freeway Ford’s sales manager, Carlos but never really received any genuine help from him. He said that since I purchase my Explorer there he wanted to do what he could to help. That was unfortunately not what happened. I sent several emails and left multiple voicemails but Carlos never tried to contact me. Only after seeking a new vehicle to replace my prematurely rusting Explorer did I hear back from the dealership. Sales associate Brian Ward contacted me and he was helpful and professional and I received a fair value for my trade in with his help. I would have purchased elsewhere because of the poor experience I had with their sales manager, Carlos, but I didn’t want to hand off my rusting Explorer to someone else and also didn’t want to receive a smaller trade in value after notifying another dealership of the rust problem. I purchased a protective sealant for this vehicle so I’ll see how this one holds up. Overall the repurchase experience with Brian Ward was good but I can’t speak too highly of the warranty support I did not receive from Freeway Ford.

5 star service. The review process is redundant though, as first I got a request of review from Ford, then from Freeway Ford. I would prefer just writing one review and having it shared. This doesn't detract from the quality of the service however.

Car shopping CAN BE FUN !!

So many people think that shopping for a car is a stressful experience, I was actually one of those people till I worked with Patrick Martin to find my new Ford Escape !! Patrick went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted, and I'm sorry to admit, I am pretty nit picky...lol Amber was super fast and efficient in working up the financing, and very easy to work with. Also, I have had my oil changed at the Quick Lube and have never had a problem with them. They have always been super friendly and super fast and very willing to please. I read that someone was complaining about their service, but....if you're nice to them they will be nice in return. I would TOTALLY recommend Freeway Ford to anyone looking for a new car....based on my experience! P.S. James was also very nice in showing me other options to add on to my car, I'm sorry I didn't need any of his offerings.
