the service dept goes out of its way to make sure you are satisfied Dean in service takes rewsponsibility of issues and follows up to make sure you are taken care of

My 6th car purchased here.

When I come in, I am always greeted instantly, and asked "what can I do to help you?". When Brian showed me the cars I had pre-chosen, he was friendly, very upbeat and willing to do what needed to be done to get me into the car I wanted. He seems very straight forward and was a pleasure to work with.

Freeway Ford was great and Brian W. Was awesome. He help me pick out the right escape for me. That is the best suv for me and I can’t thank him enough.

2018 Ford Escape

I can always count on the staff at Freeway Ford to treat me fair and kind. They are always honest and up front with the options available to me. This is my 3rd car from Freeway Ford and it won't be my last

Sales review

Justin was great. Bought car from him 3 years ago First visit nothing available meeting our needs. A few weeks later he called that a car I wanted came in. Not pushy just helpful. Took time to go over car.Followed up next day to check if all ok. I had a bad experience with the Service department recently. Brought former car in for fall special. Told breaks checked out good. A week later needed rear brake job 😡

Recall Service and routine maintenance

Freeway Ford made things super convenient. I arrived for a recall repair and knew I needed new tires as well. My service advisor, Tyler Collins, reviewed other maintenance options with me quickly and with full transparency. We made a plan and the rental car was ready when we were done.
