Brian ward was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure throughout the whole sales experience and it was very pleasant from start to finish. I would recommend Brian.

I have been going to this dealership over the last 5 years and it seems they used to be a lot nicer and the workmanship used to be better. I have been trying to give this place chance over chance but the staff in the quick lube are not friendly at all I have been going here to get oil changes done and the people at the desk are very unfriendly especially the women the manage Patric tries but even he is not real personable. I would not recommend going here unless your in need. I wish the other ford dealership wasn’t so far away but guess I will be doing the journey instead.

My recent purchase of a 2017 Fusion was helped immensely by the professionalism and no-pressure attitude of Brian Ward. Hope to work with him again.

Freeway Ford went above and beyond to make my buying experience as pleasant and expedient as possible. Debra even went so far as to pick me up from my house and drive me back to the dealership to complete my paperwork so I didn't have to worry about how to get my other car home. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and inviting and I will definitely do business with them again!

I have my car's oil changed all the time at Freeway Ford ...they are fast, friendly and fabulous !! I'm always greeted with a warm welcoming smile and always treat me like I am their only customer. It was my birthday on October 14th so the last thing I wanted was to spend the afternoon getting the oil changed, well...NO WORRIES, in and out before I could even find anything good on the TV...lol THANKS GUYS !!!

Had my car service and the person who checked me in was very friendly and my service was completed in a short time. Asked me if I wanted my car washed and did that for me. Looked great!

After having been to other dealerships in search of a replacement for my 10 year old SUV, I can say that Freeway Ford was a welcomed surprise. Everyone seemed to be nice, accommodating and willing to answer questions and be helpful. The managers are not off in some back office, they are right in view and will interact directly in a kind and empathetic manner. They were willing to get me a deal which was not only fair but respectful. Nice to have a dealership actually LISTEN to your concerns. Then to the finance dept., could not of been more pleasant and straight forward. They promised me my tabs on a certain day and delivered right on the money as well.
