Found a car I wanted bit was not at this dealership. Ended up working with Thomas to get that car to the dealership as a dealer trade. We communicated via phone and text. This is the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased many Thomas was always prompt with a response to text or a return phone call, fully communicated with me and always took his time with our conversations, never making me feel rushed. After getting the car, I noticed a slight tear in the arm rest, Thomas jumped into action and got it replaced within a day or two. I highly recommend this dealership and Thomas. He will also give you some great cooking tips as well.

I brought my Taurus into the Quick Lane for service on Saturday, Octerber 14th. The service was quick and courteous. I was totally satisfied. Excellent service.

On Oct 4, I pulled into the Quick Lane with a Tire Pressure Light on and the feeling that the left rear tire was slowly losing air. The crew at Freeway Ford helped immediately and found that the outer bead was leaking and the valve stem needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes, everything was fixed and I was back on the road. The service advisor Louis Hardin and the mechanic couldn't have been more accommodating. Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Excellent to work with. Thank you!

Very nice people to work with. But I am going in for the third time to replace the door latches, which was a recall. But they still won’t open properly.

The service writer was really a good guy, he talked to me about my truck and recommendations about whey a tire rotation was recommended. He was very helpful. He estimated my wait time and it was shorter than he thought. I left a happy guy.
