The experience I had at Freeway Ford was awesome! The staff was friendly, and truly cared about what type of car I was looking for. They went above and beyond locating it! I loved the personal service and how easy they made it for me! The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional top notch service. My sales person, Bill Campbell, was extremely helpful and made sure I was very comfortable in knowing how everything worked in my vehicle even before I left the lot. I've had the vehicle for a couple days and he follows up to be sure I am still 100% satisfied. It truly was a GREAT experience and Bill did a fantastic job making it so easy for me to refer friends to him and Freeway Ford. Thanks again for all you did in making my car buying experience so great! I would rate them 5 stars!

First time at this dealership, was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. I was in and out within minutes when I dropped my car off, got a ride back to my work with a very nice driver! Car was ready earlier then promised. I was given a review of other needed repairs and no unnecessary repairs were listed. When I picked up the car, again was in and out within minutes and car was driven up to the door, I didn't have to walk around locating the car. Follow-ups via phone and email were good but maybe overly necessary.

I ran into scheduling conflicts trying to get my car in for an oil change. The Quick Lane manager scheduled me for a time that normally wouldn't be available & personally ensured my car was serviced very quickly. They've always been great to work with for service, but they went above & beyond this time. Thanks, gents!

We bought a new Explorer from Freeway Ford. The whole experience was pleasant and delivered as promised. We also traded in a vehicle and felt we received a very fair deal. Our salesperson was very helpful start to finish on the process. Would recommend to family and friends to shop there.

Had my Focus towed there a couple weeks ago when it didn't start; they got all recall and warranty work done for me very quickly.

They did a good job walking thru the whole buying process. Also the sales lady explain every thing reel well. Very friendly people and professional.

I have been going to Freeway Ford for a lot of years for service on my vehicles. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful - explaining what the issues are on the vehicle. Pricing has always been very fair. I am glad they are so assessable from my home. The most current visit was for 4 new tires.

Our sales rep was awesome! Freeway Ford willing to price match or do better is what brought us here. Not real impressed with the calls to say our plates were in. Our sales man said he would call us. The person that called was not real personable also the company that does the underbody and paint perfection also were not to personable.
