Freeway Ford

First time at this dealership, was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. I was in and out within minutes when I dropped my car off, got a ride back to my work with a very nice driver! Car was ready earlier then promised. I was given a review of other needed repairs and no unnecessary repairs were listed. When I picked up the car, again was in and out within minutes and car was driven up to the door, I didn't have to walk around locating the car. Follow-ups via phone and email were good but maybe overly necessary.

I ran into scheduling conflicts trying to get my car in for an oil change. The Quick Lane manager scheduled me for a time that normally wouldn't be available & personally ensured my car was serviced very quickly. They've always been great to work with for service, but they went above & beyond this time. Thanks, gents!

Our sales rep was awesome! Freeway Ford willing to price match or do better is what brought us here. Not real impressed with the calls to say our plates were in. Our sales man said he would call us. The person that called was not real personable also the company that does the underbody and paint perfection also were not to personable.

Very open dealership, no hassle at all. From the time I was in the door to the time I was out driving with the new vehicle was under an hour. Very courteous and kept me informed the whole way. Barry McDaniels is very knowledgeable and guided the process through very quickly. Will definitely go back should I buy another Ford vehicle.
