ignition recall

i have brought my 2004 impala in since in bought it and have always been treated good. will be sad when my car ever dies. best car ever

Service

I was scheduled for a diagnostic test and service the following day of my visit. Your staff called me the same day, not long after I left my car for service and they had completed the service my car needed. I was scheduled for the next day..................you service staff are THE BEST.. THANK YOU.

Best experience when buying a vehicle!

My husband and I have purchased a total of 6 vehicles from Friendly Chev. Chris is the best! I've always been satisfied. Chris takes his time to answer all my questions. He is SO knowledgeable with every aspect of the vehicles, especially all the technology. He makes himself available, even well after we've purchased our vehicles, for any questions we have. The service - like any recalls, oil changes - run so smoothly. They even run our vehicles through the car wash. We will continue to purchase future vehicles with Chris at Friendly Chev and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to look no further than Friendly Chev!

Excellent service by an exceptional salesperson.

I have never been treated so great by a salesperson. Will made me feel like royalty. I felt like I belonged there. He was friendly no pressure always had a smile on his face. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He is a asset to your company, a diamond in the ruff.

Great service, clean facilities

Mike Meyer was very professional and easy to work with. He went the extra mile to come to my house to pick up the keys for my trade in that I had forgotten the day of the transaction.

Fantastic Purchase

Great, no pressure experience buying my first car at Friendly Chevy. Eric Kohler was very knowledgeable and such a sweetheart! Based on the ease of our purchase, I'm optimistic that getting my car serviced won't be the usual aggravation I've come to expect from car dealers.
