Great job Quick Lane
Very good experience visiting the Quick Lane for oil change and tire rotation. The man took my name and information and called me promptly when service was finished. This may not seem like a big deal, but this simple thing was not done the last two times I had been there. The changes you have made are working. Great job!!

My new car
My salesman Tim Hooper did a good job of communicating until the we'd scheduled for delivery. I arrived at the dealership on time, unfortunately he did not show. The salesman and F&I did a good job at stepping in but I was disappointed that I did not receive an explanation of why they had to step in. Overall my experience was positive and I am enjoying my new vehicle.

I asked about getting future mailings with coupons and didn't get a clear answer. I told them I get coupons from a competitor and was told they would honor them.

Great service, excellent salesman
Brent was absolutely helpful from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable and I appreciate that he did everything he possibly could. He even got me into a car that I would have never thought I would have been able to have!

oil change
I had the oil changed and there is one thing your people in the oil change department should do..when done draining engine and putting oil plug back in they should use a spray and rag and clean off excess oil dripping from where ever the drain oil hits because it gets all over my driveway and garage floor..

New car leasing at Friendly Chevrolet
The dealer was prompt in attending to us when we arrived. Our rep, Chris Taylor, was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and paid attention to every detail and question, and went the extra mile in addressing our need to learn what has become a very complex, technical vehicle. The purchase/lease process was as painless and straight-forward as possible, and took very little time. Overall, I couldn't think of a better new car acquisition short of them just giving the car away.
