Good Service

I received a recall on my 2011 Chevy Cruze April 30th and was able to get into the dealership by May 5th. Also had an oil change at the same time. Great service. The time frame wasn't horrible either (of having to wait).

A Excellent Sales Person

Our sales person Charlie was excellent and really spent the time making sure my husband got the truck he wanted and believe me he had no attentions on buying a new truck but I did, but Charlie worked with him and showed him a lot of options, having to move a lot of trucks so he could test drive them Charlie was GREAT! The one down fall is the extra's we bought to have put on the truck, the one individual hasn't been at work for 2 days, Even though Charlie has kept us updated (he's really great) I would think that in this individuals absence there should be a back up individual, so customers shouldn't have to wait, after all you just bought a new vehicle and want to drive it with all the bell and whistles.

Great service

Wally Johnson, my sales guy, was great. No pressure sales, answered all my questions and very was friendly and professional. You can tell he likes his job and takes pride in providing great service. I would highly recommend anyone to Wally and Friendly Chev.

Super speedy service

Stopped in for regular service (oil/tire rotation). Fast, pleasant service as always. The popcorn wasn't going, but now I'm just being greedy ;) If you're in the market for a car, see Dion. He's the best around.

friendly chevrolet

I stopped in to get my oil changed at abt 8:30PM and was out of there in about 20 minutes with a clean car.

Happy camper

Had to get my oil changed and I was in time crunch. I was able to get my car in immediately and had time to have them give it a wash (which was needed), I was extremely happy with how quickly they had my car ready to go.
