Great experience

Very pleased with our used vehicle purchase. We made a great connection with our salesman Alex right away and he made the whole process from test drive to purchase very easy.

Love them

Have bought a number of SUVs from Jerry and Key and every one has been easy, friendly and personable. Different from the big box dealers

Excellent Experience

Excellent overall experience. Found the car on the dealership website. It was exactly what we were looking for so we drove 800 miles one way and was very well satisfied. Car was exactly as was advertised and our salesman (Felix) went out of his way to make sure that this transaction went very smoothly. He even checked on us to make sure we made it home safely. He is the best, communication was excellent and he certainly gets 5 stars for his excellent customer service.

Wonderful experience

I turned 60, started growing a goatee and that only means one thing....luxury sedan was next. Cadillac CTS was my choice. Spent about a month researching and driving. Buying a car is not what it used to be. I get it, there is tight inventory and dealerships need to squeeze every penny out of every deal and trade. On the deal before this purchase I could not get anywhere near a fair trade in price for my trade car and they wanted $750 more for the car I wanted when they found out I was paying cash. Mind you I was paying asking price. Enough of me yammering on. The CTS I bought was on my radar so after the last deal fell through I emailed Anthony Peluf at Key stating I would like to test drive it. I arrived 20 minutes late and he had it warning up at the front door. I drive for a living and have bought so many cars its ridiculous. It's a must I jive with my sales associate. It was so refreshing to have a relaxed sale associate who listened! Bought the car right then and there. Ill cut to the chase as ill probably run out of characters. Everyone I dealt with, business manager Anthony, manager Andrew and owner Michael were just a pleasure to work with. Love the hair Michael. I am now a Cadillac guy. Great experience with this dealership! (Used Car)

We had a great experience! We had a tight timeline due to our car being totaled and business travel. We worked with Daniel and he was excellent at communicating, helped ensure the process went smooth once we arrived at the dealership, was professional, and knowledgeable. We also had a positive experience with the sales manager and finance manager. The entire team makes it known that they value your business and work hard to ensure you have a good experience!

Awesome service

Bought my car over the phone and Josh and Anthony had to step in as my salesperson was called away on personal business. My car got there and my paperwork was ready for me it was the easiest car I purchased. No pressure. And they took the time to explain all the details in tue car. I would definitely go back. Love my car.

Great help!

I had a great experience, I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to make a purchase at all. I worked with Anthony A. And he was an awesome help! The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars out of 5 is just for the little things like, gas tank not filled, no extra key fob, interior of car needs cleaning. Otherwise great service, I would come back again!
