A great car buying experience

Daniel contacted me from an online cue and was very helpful in answering my questions regarding some vehicles we had interest in. He was flexible to work around our schedule, coming from out of town, and made sure the vehicles we were interested in were available. Great knowledge of Cadillac vehicles, provided us with detailed car history, and made the test drive easy to navigate in unfamiliar areas. We bought the first vehicle we looked at. It was clean and met our wants and needs. The purchase process went very smooth from financing, paperwork, even ordering accessories, and customizing our vehicle settings. We had a great experience comparing to other dealers we had worked with in the past. Thank you!

Best experience at a dealership in a long time!

Walked into the dealership knowing what we were looking for and Gerald was introduced to us as our salesperson. He worked with us having limited time in the cities and in the end he drove our car out to us in St. Croix Falls when we weren't going to be able to make it back to the cities in time. Exceptional customer service!

wheel damage

I was recently at Key cadillac for oil change and tire rotation! Tech damaged all 4 of XT4 Sport wheels and spun lug nuts tops and spun lugs out of wheels without holding on to them resulting in damaged wheels.

Car purchasing at Key Cadillac

Anthony, a very congenial, helpful and knowledgeable young sales representative was very easy to work with and thoroughly prepared the car we chose for delivery. He offered to help us with questions even after delivery. It was a pleasure having him as our sales advisor. Kurt, in the finance department was very congenial as well and quickly and accurately supplied the great amount of documents involved in the sale of the vehicle and very professionally represents Key Cadillac in accomplishing those tasks. The people that we worked with at Key Cadillac made us feel valued as customers and we recommend this dealership to others.

Great new car purchase experience

Anthony and Josh made the buying experience go smoothly. Both were attentive to our needs and accommodated our schedule for vists and test drives. The paperwork process went smoothly and we were finished in an hour.

Great used car buying experience

I recently bought a used car for my son. I worked with Andrew. He was helpful and attentive without being pushy. This was my second vehicle I bought from him and have been very satisfied with both experiences. The process moved along swiftly and I was in an out of the dealership within about 90 minutes .

5 star worthy

Smoothest vehicle trade and purchase we’ve ever experienced. Brian and the finance guy had everything ready before we even got to the dealership. We will definitely be back again when it’s time to upgrade in a couple years.
