my reasons for continuing to buy and lease at Key Cadillac is the service that I receive but most of all, it's the human touch by all staff whether in the show room or the maintenance area (including Dave and Rob), of how I'm treated and made to feel welcome ...always. I really appreciate Brian and Lisa and others that are in the show room and so helpful and friendly, it's a very positive attitude throughout the organization of Key. Excellent buying experience!
I flew in from St. Louis to purchase a pre owned 2020 Chevy Malibu. Daniel, my salesman, picked me up from the airport. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
