Anthony made me feel very comfortable, handled all my questions and concerns and wasn't pushy. Very happy with how smooth things went and very happy with my car. I worked with a salesman named Anthony. He was very helpful and patient as we worked through our decision process over a few weeks. He answered many questions, some requiring significant research for a product that his dealer doesn't sell new. He even continued to answer a few minor questions after the sale was complete. There was a minor maintenance issue that was discovered before the sale was complete and he made sure that was addressed, at some cost to the dealer, without raising the price. He was interested in making a sale, but also gave us a high level of customer service.

I called to see about the car, it was washed, and ready indoors waiting for a test drive. The salesman Mike was great to work with no pressure no hassle. The same with finance. I was out of the dealer in no time with my new car. Super great to work with.

Normally I hate the entire car buying process but Key Cadillac made it painless. I mainly buy used very clean, fully loaded American luxury vehicles that are only a few years old, mechanically sound with every feature working as it should. Key Cadillac provided exactly what I was looking for. As a experienced car buyer, I know exactly what I want when it comes to the vehicle make and model, the year, the trim and the options. I also have a pretty set in stone idea of what I expect to pay and what I expect to receive for the value of my trade in. They met all of my expectations without a doubt. It was fair on both sides of the table as it should be. Everyone that I met during the process were very friendly and courteous. Brian Thoreson was my salesperson. Nice guy, relaxed and non pushy. He understood that I needed time with the vehicle to really get the sense of what I was possibly planning to purchase. To make sure it was right for me. It definitely was! After purchasing, Brian took the time to show me how to use the features as well as making sure that my Escalade was detailed, mats in place, tires at the proper air pressure and just overall ready to roll. I would also like to add that I am a car guy and have been a lover of Cadillac ever since I was a very small child. I grew up in South Minneapolis and I have always roamed the lot of Key Cadillac as a teenager as a “one day” dreamer. I feel extremely proud that I bought a vehicle here. Key Cadillac has been around forever. I now understand why. Good people. I usually remove dealership badges from all of my vehicles just for a cleaner appearance but this time I am proud to leave the Key Cadillac badge on. Thanks to everyone that I came into contact with. When the time comes, I will be back to buy again.
