The staff at Key Cadillac is five stars. I’ve purchased numerous vehicles from Andrew and had service done in the service department. Whatever I’m looking for Andrew finds for me and gives me a fair deal while being professional and caring. The Service department is top notch and always is accommodating and knowledgeable. For these reasons I continue to drive out of my way to deal with Key Cadillac. They are the best in the Twin Cities!

Brian found a car for us at another dealer and was shipped in good order. Always good to see him, does an outstanding job as expected.

Was in the market for a new Escalade, Key had a nice selection of used in stock. Went in and was greeted by Brian, who really knows his product. We test drove a couple vehicles, found a nice Escalade I was looking at and I drove it home the next day. It needed a small repair and the team at Key took care of it next day. Financing with them is a breeze, the used car manager Ryan really works with you. Best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. You guys have my business for life!!

So happy with the purchase of my new XT5 Sport. Previously worked with the sales manager. Pleasure working with Sales Manager and his assistance. Very happy with my choice. Ride is extremely comfortable. Happy with new options for rims and color, and 3.6V engine option. No pressure from people I worked with. Dealer called me later to see if I was satisfied.

I found a used Cadillac CTS on their website in the morning, and called and asked if it was still available. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. When I said I what I was looking for, the salesman (Anthony P) asked if I was the woman who called this morning, and he had already pulled the Keyes and a printout of the vehicles information. Anthony and Kyle worked together to see if there were any other vehicles available that I might enjoy, but by the time I got back from the first test drive, I knew I had found the car for me. They gave me the best possible offer, with absolutely no hassel or pressure. I arrived at the dealership at 12PM, and was done and home before 2:30PM (with a half hour drive home.) This has been the easiest, most relaxed and fun car buying experience I have ever had. I will be recommending all family and friends to this place, as well as purchasing from them in the future. Online I found Key Cadillac had the XT5 Sport I was looking for. We worked with Anthony Peluf and Kyle. Kyle was detailed in showing us all the features the vehicle had and they both met any obligations they committed to while making sure we were satisfied with the transaction. I appreciated the lack of sale pressure and the process not requiring back and forth interactions between the Key team to approve the sale. We completed the sale and delivery process in a short amount of time and I would recommend Key Cadillac to others.
