From the time we entered the dealership until we picked up our 2022 XT5, Brian Thoresen and the Key Cadillac sales team made the car buying experience as professional as we’ve ever experienced. We were offered a very fair price for our trade. Additionally we were quoted very fair (considering the current market) price for the XT5 that has just been delivered to the dealership the morning we arrived. Both the buyer and seller made a good deal. No hidden fees. No BS. Just a great experience.

The best Cadillac dealership in the country

Michael Stanzak Runs a great operation we have been buying Cadillacs from Key for at least the last 20 years their service department is excellent Lisa the general manager is fabulous Andrew sales person is always responsive to us even David who sets up the garage door openers always go the extra mile we’re very fortunate to a found key Cadillac we feel like family there!!!

Simply the best

Anthony was awesome! Great place to work with! This is my 15th new Cadillac and first one from this dealership. Amazing well run facility. They were very easy to deal with and catered to my needs I was in and out in 15mins which is exactly what I wanted.

Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else

Key Cadillac is a well run family owned dealership that emphasizes the "family values" (a compliment) of personal relationships with their customers and individual attention on their needs whether sales or service. From the Dealer Principal, Michael Stanzak, to the GM, Lisa Jensen, our Sales and Leasing Consultant, Andrew Bjornstad, to our Service Consultant, Jason Heitland, all on focused on the customers' needs. We have bought 4 vehicles from Key and are soon to purchase our 5th and 6th and we have all service work performed there. Never once have I doubted either their integrity or looking out for the best interests of the customer.

I would give 6 stars if I could.

This is my 4th Escalade and this is the best Cadillac experience I have ever had, Kyle and Andrew did an excellent job, true pros.
