My recent experience with Courtesy Ford Conyers was
My recent experience with Courtesy Ford Conyers was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had my vehicle picked up from home on September 19, 2025, for service related to a drivability issue. Days passed with little to no communication, and only after following up myself did I receive a vague response. My husband had to visit the dealership in person on September 23 just to get an update, where he was informed the car wouldn’t be touched for 7–10 business days due to staffing shortages — a delay that was never mentioned up front. I left multiple voicemails for the service manager that were never returned. Eventually, we removed our car and had it serviced elsewhere. I submitted a formal complaint to the dealership, received a call from Steve, and had to re-explain everything again. Steve stated he would try to get our rental expenses covered and would call back in 2–3 days. What’s most disappointing is that despite all my efforts — texts, phone calls, a formal letter, and corporate escalation — I was left without a clear answer or accountability. I will update this review only if a full resolution is provided. Until then, I cannot recommend Courtesy Ford Conyers for anyone expecting timely service, communication, or professionalism.
