Thomas was very friendly, made the sale most comfortable and easy to understand all about the car I wanted to purchase. He was clear, concise and easy to work with, no pressure at all. It was all about me being comfortable, Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly, in fact the whole office area felt like a family. I was very glad I drove 2 hours away to buy the car I wanted.

Pete Kouvas and the team over at Courtesy Ford-Conyers made the process of purchasing my new 2025 Ford F150 Lightning as easy as could be. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely, and Pete took care of me from start to finish. Updates were quick and they even delivered it to me. 100% would shop here again!

I did my research, but the experience was even better in person, they had what I wanted in stock and at the best price, Paul Guyton really went the extra mile of trying to put the whole deal together for me and my family

I just have to brag on Catrice at Courtesy Ford because she was truly AMAZING. From the moment I walked in and saw her big smile, I knew I was in good hands. I test drove several Bronco models, and she was so patient with me the entire time. She even had the heat started in each Bronco while I was out trying others—those thoughtful little things meant so much. But what really stood out is how hard she worked behind the scenes. She was searching everywhere for the exact Bronco I wanted, calling around and going back and forth until everything was just right. She truly went above and beyond and around the mountain to make it happen for me. Rick went to bat for me on the numbers and trade, and John in finance went above and beyond and made something happen that we truly thought was impossible. They all stand by their word and give their all to make sure you are 100% satisfied. And even after everything was done, Catrice still checks in and keeps me updated—she is so personable and genuine. This was the most stress-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares and will go above and beyond for you, this is the place. Thank you again, Courtesy Ford—you are way beyond 5 stars!
