Ladies, beware. Do not show up at this dealer without support. My own personal experience of being lied to once should have been enough for me to never come back. As I waited today, I watched another salesman raising his voice and talking over a concerned mother trying to make a deal. Meanwhile, my salesman's entire demeanor changed because I dared to show up with a relative. Had to be asked questions several times before he would finally answer, flat out attempted to ignore him while test driving, then proceeded to get into a heated argument before I had to shut both of them down. Of course when I walked out, they tried to call me back and give me the terms I originally requested before leaving. This was before I was told no one else was going help me get into a car. I could have come back for that deal and probably should have, but I am not allowing someone being rude to myself and my blood to make commission off of me. I'll take my chances elsewhere or use Uber. I have blocked their number and will not be responding to any follow ups to this review.

Recent service

I was so happy with the service I received. I missed my scheduled appointment due to a rough morning trying to get my granddaughter off to school etc. The service dept gladly worked me in the next morning and I made it to work on time. Great service!!

I recently purchased my second car at Jason Pilger Hyundai and I will personally tell anybody this is the place to go. Our salesman was Justin and he did a outstanding job. Thank you Jason Pilger and staff for always going above and beyond to help people.

Trade In

The sales person Colby was very good and the staff made an effort to match my price / payment needs. This is the first time trying a lease option program. Will see how it goes.

Took me on short notice with loaner car waiting

Jessica is awesome. She should be considered for Service Managet next time the position is available. She is knowledgeable and has been a constant and steady resource for many years now.

My wife's Sonata

Was not looking forward to go car shopping. Was pleasantly surprised at the stress-free experience that my wife and I had at Jason Pilger Hyundai. I can not express how pleased we were with the entire process. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful buying experience--all of the representatives were knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I am very pleased with the entire process and will definitely return to do business with Moe, Randy & even Allen :) again. Best experience with Samuel Morgan

I had to get out of my lease due to the high car note. My parents went with me, and Samuel Morgan really worked with us to get a car for me. I was very happy with the people at JP who worked hard financially for me
