Great car and dealership
My second Hyundai and the quality of the vehicles and cost of operation have been excellent. Had 195,000 miles on the first and had no issues with quality or maintenance over the 7 years I owned the auto.

too good to be true
Communication needs work. Felt like they were great at getting my hopes up and then letting them down. I did everything I was required to do and still didn't get the car. Waited on return calls that I never got and ended up having to call them in order to get info. not impressed. Started out extremely impressed but ended up disappointed.

The last portion of our pre-approval process is verifying the information you provide. If everything is not the same we must appeal that call and go for a different vehicle. Brought car in to be serviced.
I brought my car in for routine oil change. We were early, and the dealership let us use a new Hyundai to ride around in for a little while. We enjoyed the 2017 Hyundai. It was beautiful. All the employees were very courteous and made our day enjoyable. Thanks, Jason Pilger Hyundai.

Looked for the vehicle we wanted for a while and found exactly what we were looking for in Gautier at Jason Pilger. Called on Friday and talked with Nick Zavros. He was very pleasant on the phone and decided we would ride down on Saturday morning and look at the 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe with Technology Package. Got there and Nick was gone having a battery put in a different vehicle but another associate was there and was very polite and accommodating. Nick arrived a little later and let us test drive the car. It went really well and was nice getting to know him. After we got back to the dealership we told him we wanted to leave and have lunch and maybe come back. He was fine with it and was not pushy at all. I HATE PUSHY SALESMEN!!! We had lunch and returned and sat down to negotiate. The car was already at the rock bottom internet price so there was not much negotiation but we were able to get the price down a little bit. We did the deal and the whole team was very willing to help us in any way we asked. No push, no pressure, not crazy warranty pitch. Just a great experience from a great team. I will definitely return to Jason Pilger in the future when I need a vehicle. Three hour drive for me but well worth it!!!!!
