Totally Satisfied Customer

Salesman took time to go over my vehicle requirements and desires and helped me pick the right vehicle. The sales team worked hard to make the deal affordable and keep down payment and monthly payments within my budget.

amazong team work

Happy-go-lucky very please staff was truly friendly made you feel comfortable and satisfied...I came in doubtful, but left out Pleased and with a new vehicle that I put my own miles on!! Yay!!

Hyundai should be proud

Best dealership in America. The friendly atmosphere and no hassle dealing is what sets them apart from all the other dealerships. Coffee needs to be worked on though

Experience was terrible won't recommend

Purchased a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Rodney was friendly and eager to help, but I traded in a 2002 Hyundai Sonata and was quoted the trade in value being $500 and after stating that Allen Hyundai quoted me $700 after inspecting my vehicle they said they would match it. Well they only gave me $300 not even the original $500 they said they would give for the trade. Dealt a bunch of lies. Not to mention my gap coverage is not what they stated. Dad co signed and was military and they didn't take anything for that like they said they would and I wasn't even mailed my survey.

In love

I would recommend anyone I know to come to.delearship. I can't remember every person I worked with but ethan went above and beyond for me and I appreciate all of y'all thanks for.putting me into a vehicle

Already made my comments. I wasn't aware there would be this comment box so I left my comments in the survey Sam and the finance people really helped me even though my credit score was not as strong as I like. Too long, but at least I got a great car.

The experience was too long purchasing my car. The salesman was too aggressive and tried to sell me things I did not want. He did not tell me the car had features I specifically said I did not want and I did not find out about them until after the car was at my home. Hyundai has an excellent product and could probably sell more by streamlining the sales process.

Professional, courteous, helpful in every way

I knew I wanted a Genesis. Jason Pilger's staff made it possible to buy my third Genesis, even though I had no money to put down. I am technologically a dinosaur, but they gave me a crash course in operating all of the features in the car's cabin. Absolutely, I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Satisfied Customer

My overall experience was great,I was greeted in a timely manner. Mr.Morgan took his,to listen to what I was looking for in a car;also what price I willing to pay for a car.Also he give me time to think he didn't pressure me into buying the car he broke down each option that I had in terms of actually purchasing the car. Everyone that I had the pleasure of meeting during that process was extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely encourage any of my family members are friends to purchase their next vehicle from there.

I was very impressed with the salesman and the staff.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and polite. The staff was kind and friendly. I was very impressed with everyone. They made me feel very welcomed.
