Awesome experience
I do not think that I can adequately describe the awesomeness of my experience with this dealership. Mr. Sam Morgan was excellent and he worked hard for me, I do mean hard, I had severe credit problems and after talking to Mr. Sam, he assured me that I was at the right place at the right time. I went to the dealership in an old vehicle and after being in the dealership for under three hours I left with a 2016. I am really grateful for the way Mr. Sam made me feel as though I was his "only" customer and he had my best interest in mind. I can not say enough about the experience I had and when I decide to make another vehicle purchase, this is where I will be going.

Oftentimes, the experience of purchasing a vehicle can be overwhelming, time consuming, and frustrating. However, the Jason Pilger Hyundai experience is quite different. Sam Morgan, went above and beyond to ensure that we walked away happy. He carried us through the entire process with such grace, professionalism, and enthusiasm. He has excellent customer service, and I feel that he sincerely had our best interest at heart. I highly recommend this dealership, Sam Morgan in particular. I can say with certainty, that we will be lifelong Jason Pilger Hyundai customers.

Friendly yet Deadly
In sum, the dealership was filled with very charismatic, friendly people, but all the details related to car were misrepresented to make a sale. I was told one thing from one person before signing the contract. Was told something else while signing the contract and yet something totally different AFTER the deal was made. It is not a case of buyers remorse but false promises being made to sale a car. "The contract has to be mailed to you. Its our policy." But of course, it is your word against theirs. I was told I could have things before the deal was signed, but after the deal was done, all those promises were null and void. One sales person tried to "appease" me by at least "giving" ( I did pay for it) one thing they promised, but that was AFTER I called several days to remind them of it. I was given a loaner car that smelled of cigarette smoke and it was not clean. Was told the car I was coerce into buying would be ready in one day, ended up waiting 4 days to get it. Although they talked to me and smiled, they did not provided me with honesty. They talked over my head and belittled me. Question? Why do do the Sales managers sit in a balcony style sitting area. Is it to look down at the customers? They were friendly, but if you do not know anything about cars, look out, they are not there to help you get the best deal, but (some of the sales people, not all) to give you the run around and make false promises. They felt justified in doing so, after all, " It is not a non-profit business." So buyers beware! In all fairness, I don't think they would try this tactic with all costumers, just the ones that truly relied on the sales consultant to showcase the vehicle because they do not have prior knowledge of it. If you are armed with tons of information and KNOW what you are looking at, I think you would be okay. But if you do not KNOW much, they fill in the gaps with misinformation. I am almost scared to get any services done at the dealership for fear they will continue to give me the run around. I was not going to write a review, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through such an experience. I do appreciate Rashod E. Turner for getting me one of the things that was promised to me BEFORE I signed the contract. Thank you Rodney Wilson for properly greeting us, I am just disappointed that the greeting was followed by false promises and miscommunication.

Best service ever
Great service, great cars, great dealership.... I would recommend every time. I have always had Hyundais, but traded for a different make a few years ago and soon regretted that decision. Just as soon as I possible could I returned to the best dealership.
