Best Car buying experience

It was my first time buying a car for myself, my grandpa came with me. Josh, the salesman that we had talked to on the phone was very nice when we got there and helped us through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family even though we live in a different state!

Was Great

All car salesmen should be like Josh , he took his time with us. He really did a great job in making me and my wife happy. The whole staff make you feel right at home and I will be tell my friends about the great service they've. Thanks again??

Very poor.

I was lied to several times. They lied about the sale price. They lied about the total after tax/title etc price. They would not show me any figures before I signed anything. The very last paper I signed had the final figures which was $3000 higher than quoted. They refused to sell it at advertise price ($1000 cheaper on Autotrader). They continuously pushed a good review on their survey. 3 different employees tried pushing me to write a good review. Told me I was being financed through one company (Keesler), I asked twice to verify they did go through Keesler for financing and they said they had but they actually used a different company (Ally) at a much higher rate, 3.44% instead of 1.99%. The next day I went to Keesler on my own and had it transferred over at the lower rate. I had to go back 3 times for items that were missing when I bought the car. The floor manager told my salesman to get the items from another car but my salesman was too lazy to walk outside. Plus the salesman didn't bother to order the items the first or second time I was there. I would not recommend buying from this dealer.

Amazing

I would gladly recommend anyone to the Jason Pilger Hyundai dealership. Everyone there was helpful and did not try to push to sale me anything. They took the time to answer all my questions and show me the vehicle I was interested in. I would also like to thank Sam for helping my wife and I purchase the SUV as well as Jason, the owner for taking time out of his day to ensure we were being helped and to talk with us.

2015 Hyundai Sonata

Greatest staff ever!! They were pleasant and put forth maximum effort to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase! I am thankful for the staff there!

Good

My purchase at Jason pilger hyundia went well. I got a Tucson and I love everything about it. It's a great smaller size SUV and I don't think I could go back to a car now

Car Shopping in Gautier, Ms.

The overall experience was exciting. I wish there had been a greater selection of colors on the lot. I was able to get more car for the money.
