High Retail!

Tried to sell me a car that was on their website for $18K at much higher price $21K. Very greedy and Can't trust salesman or manager! Horrible experience!

My new Hyndai

I bought my new car from Jason Pilger Hyundai recently and I am very happy with it. After a few email messages and phone calls, I went to the dealership in Gautier, MS and met with Mark and Derek. Both of them helped me to navigate through the buying process easily and quickly. They are knowledgeable, polite, and very receptive to customers? needs. After looking at two or three vehicles, I decided to buy a new Elantra GT. Mark and Derek helped me a great deal to calculate my down payment and the monthly installments for the rest of the loan, making the buying process as easy as possible. I would recommend their business to all my friends and family.

Good Deal

Saw the Chevy Malibu I liked on the internet and the price seemed good, and I thought maybe it was too good to be true, or something might be wrong with car, and as it turns out it was a good deal and there was nothing wrong with the car, just simply a great deal. And although I was purchasing a pre owned vehicle and not a new one the sales men Derrick and Marc made me feel just as important. The experience was painless and enjoyable. Great Buying Experience!

My Internet Sales Person, Derek Montalvo, did a really good job. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and avoided the high pressure sales tactics that I find so offensive. He listened to what I was looking for and what I needed in a vehicle and picked out the perfect car for me. Marc Wamsley, Director of Internet Sales, was also great. He followed up after the sale and got my car back in within a couple of days and had it all cleaned up and detailed. Marc is awesome with customer service and honestly cares about his customers! Randy Workman, New Car Manager, made the paperwork process a breeze. I must say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you Jason Pilger Hyundai!

Satisfied Customer

I had a great experience overall. My glove compartment has a little malfunction one of the latches is messed up. Didn't notice it until I was on my way home. I called Jason Pilger Hyundai back and they got my car in tomorrow to fix the problem. Marc is a down to earth guy, and gets straight to the point no BS which is good. I felt like he wasn't wasting my time and I wasn't wasting him. If you are looking for a car, I would recommend Marc!

Thankful for service but a bit disappointing at the end

I had an overall good experience upon trading in my Cadillac CTS and getting a new Dodge Challenger. The conversations I had with Marc were very professional and honest via telephone, email in person. Very good part of the team at this dealership. Derek was also very good, was very honest and helpful. The Manager Moe went above and beyond to ensure I had the best deal possible, very great guy. The only part of my experience I didn't really like was after the deal was completed and I had to get my belongings out of my old car and place them in my new car Derek was kinda rushing, it appeared so due to more people were showing up at the dealership. I'm not sure even now if I have all my belongings out of my old car. I was told my tank would be full, but I received a half of tank of gas and what I was told as far as the car being detailed before leaving did not occur. It was complete rush job at that end. Marc helped alot at the end helping me get my belongings as much as possible.

Satisfied "REPEAT" customer

I do believe that since this is my fourth Hyundai from Jason Pilger it could be said that I am a very happy customer! I walked the lot over with Marc Wamsley & Bobby Hensell until I found my perfect 2015 Sonata Limited Ultimate! LOVE all the extra features! Again I had an excellent buying experience with my favorite dealership!! I'll be back:-)
