Dishonest!
My friend F/ church went there b/c he received a great quote online. When he told me about it, I had planned to make my next purchase there too. However, they tricked him by wearing him down by making him wait hours, saying they were trying to get best rate, etc and focusing on note instead of purchase price and IGNORING him when he asked about it. I saw the email quote and they charged him so much more that the dealership Stole his trade. He's been through a lot of personal tragedy; now this... Stay Away from the DECEPTIVE practices of this dealership!!

The whole staff at Jason Pilger exceeded our expectations in every area, putting us in the exact car we wanted at a price we could hardly believe! Their customer service was beyond anything you could ever ask for in any line of business! They truly value their customers and want to see them happy. Bring them your wants and desires because I know they will do whatever it takes to exceed them. Two months after purchasing our Yukon XL, Marc was still only a phone call away and helped me quickly resolve a minor issue. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. We drove from FL and it was well worth the trip! I do it all over again in a heartbeat!

We were pushed out
We came in due to an ad featured on this website and spent over 45 minutes with Mark before we found out it was priced $3300 more than listed due to a "cash down payment"!!??!! We drove 60 miles to see this car and felt very lied to, this took the wind out of our buying sails. We had pre-approved financing and made it explicitly clear that we did not need, nor want, their financing, however we were not listened to. Josh "the finance guy" became involved and he and Mark attempted to put the classic one-two punch strategy, going back to a dark corner and coming back with somewhat lowered numbers from some illusive "boss" that were no where near the listed online price. The last straw was telling us he was doing us a favor by actually honoring the price and attempting to persuade us to lease or buy a new car...my husband and I gracefully bowed out at this point. We ended up buying a Sonata from another dealer in Mobile.

The communication was good and the time it took to complete the transaction was less than I was accustomed to at other dealers. My overall experience was wonderful, I live about 100 miles away from this dealership, so all my business was conducted online and via phonecalls. They helped me find great financing with a low interest rate. I will probably buy all my cars from now on at Jason Pilger Hyundai. For heaven's sake, they drove it to my home! How great is that?
