The first and most important thing that is important to me about purchasing a new vehicle is, NO PRESSURE. I made it clear to the employees that I would not be pressured into a sale. And that is exactly what they delivered, no pressure. I described the type of vehicle that I wanted and it is exactly what I got. Although waiting for the finance person to be available (which I am sure is not a bad thing for the dealership) was the longest wait we had Randy Workman which did a very good job of entertaining us until they were available. The one thing I would like to recommend is for the dealership to give the additional protection options up front to allow the customer more time to review and consider them. Once we got in to the signing of the paperwork, we were tired and just wanted to hurry up and sign to get things over. It would have been nice to be able to consider that sooner, and for a wife with a husband that is stubborn, an opportunity for me to discuss it with him in private. Everyone there was extremly nice and very professional, they really seemed to be concerned about doing what was best for us and wanted to earn our business.
