Overall the dealership was great. When we arrived, the car had been pulled off the lot and was ready for the test drive. Both Marc and Jason made the experience comfortable and easy. The only negative was the wait after the deal was made. The car had to be serviced and they were short handed in the service department.

One of Best car buying experience I have had!!! until...

One of Best car buying experience I have had!!! until this point Estabrook Ford was the best dealership I had worked with. But when you are trying to rebuild your credit such as myself, you have limited options I heard about Jason Pilger through a friend that had bought 2 cars from there. The staff was friendly and professional. I witnessed several customers who just stopped by to say Hi, to the staff, that says a lot. Its like your part of the family!!! I would definitely recommend to family and friends! Awesome!!!

My husband and I were very Pleased with our buying experience with Joe Pilger Hyundia. We love our new Hyundia Santa Fe! All the sales team were great to deal with. We will be recommending Jason Pilger Hyundai to all our family and friends.

I had the best experience I have ever had at a car...

I had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! My friend had bought a new Hyundai Elantra and talked very highly of them. I went to their website and called Marc (Internet Manager), he gave me all information I requested and went to see him. I worked with Ollie as my Salesman and Bobby & Moe (Sales Manager and GM). They went out of there way to get the best interest rate (beat my bank by 5% APR), there was no hassle involved, gave me a fair trade in price and very good price on my new Hyundai Veloster! I highly recommend going to Jason Pilger to work with these guys and you will receive a great customer experience.

Service dept has done a good job servicing my car. Bought a used truck for my son. Got a great deal and the staff was excellent.

By far the best car buying experience I've ever...

By far the best car buying experience I've ever witnessed. My friend was looking to purchase a newer used car with low miles. The dealer found the car and then worked very hard to get us financed. A week later, we found that the cigarette lighter/charger wasn't working. I brought the car in and gave me a loaner car with no questions asked until they got the problem fixed. I'm very happy with their service.

We purchased a used Chevy Suburban from Jason Pilger Hyundai, and it was a wonderful experience. No stress, no games, no "used car salesman" tactics. They were honest about the condition of the vehicle, and anxious to make a fair deal. We will send all our friends to Jason Pilger Hyundai!

Very poor customer service

We were looking to buy a used vehicle and found one we were interested in here. After haggling on the price, we decided we wanted to buy. The used car manager (Bobby) told us he would meet us out with it that evening. He called and said he had someone else coming to look at it, but would let us know. We waited all evening for a call, never called us. We called the dealership the next morning. They sold it. Should of called us and expained, poor service and unprofessional.

We sincerely apologize that this happened due to the lack of us being pro-active. We can certainly understand your frustration pertaining to this situation. However I'm sure that you are already aware of the fact that purchasing an automobile can essentially be a bigger decision that we make in life. At times purchasing a vehicle can even be a bit of a tedious process. Especially if you are shopping for an extremely specific automobile. In this particular-case it sounds as though you potentially were shopping for something specific at that time. As you may already be aware of the fact that retail hours are typically longer than most other employers' hours. It has been our experience once car buyers find the specific automobile they plan on purchasing most of the consumers do not wait until the C.O.B. (Close of Business) to attempt to work a deal out on the automobile they wish to purchase. Yes, I agree with you. We should have had a much higher sense of urgency with regards to reaching out to you. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the lack of professionalism shown on our part. In the event that you do happen to give our company another opportunity at earning your business "rest assured" that you will NOT have this issue.
