My service review on Nissan Rogue 2020 Rogue
My journey started in 11/2023. My Bluetooth not syncing with cell properly. Pain $200 for diagnostic. They didn't reporting ussue. Blue tooth still not working, went back to Nissan. Still not working, audio tech suggested it was my service provider, gave Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint as choice said Cricket was not compatible. I went changed service to AT&T and had to buy another phone, still didn't work. Went back to Nissan. Then got told after aa more detailed inspection I need a module in my radio, the cost $2,600. I am not pleased. I had paid for a new phone two weeks prior from Cricket which they wouldn't refund me because it was over 7 days of purchased.

I had a very bad experience with Nissan of cool springs. I spoke on the phone with the sales man Fransico about the deal. He then had me talk with Alex the manager and we came to a agreement on the phone. I explained I wanted to come in and sign the paperwork without haggling. He told me no problem to come on up. I did and when I got there and was taken to the finance room it started. They could do this or that but couldn’t do the agreement we made on the phone. I walked out and went to Matthew’s Nissan in Clarksville and bought a new car.

My Nissan Pathfinder2024
I purchased my car from Nissan of coolspring. My experience dealing with them was very good. It was very smooth and easy process to deal with them. All staff and their manager is very friendly and easy to deal with. I dealt with Patrick. He is very good salesman. He helped me in whole purchasing process and also after purchase for any further issues. I give him 100% rating for his dealing with me.

Great service!
Jeremiah, my service guy, was awesome. He handled my repairs and my claim with my extended warranty like a champ. He and others had to stay past closing to complete the paperwork but never acted frustrated. I appreciate Nissan of Cools Springs so much. We have purchased 3 new vehicles from them and always come back for our service.

Best experience ever! Mark Uchendu made my day! Answered every question I thought of all with a smile in his face. And he was so kind. When you?re older, you are often dismissed by service people! Cashier was also very pleasant and kind! Wish I had written her name down.
