Raj Jr. was excellent at helping me narrow down exactly what I did and did not need in my vehicle purchase which really ended up saving us a lot of money. It was the first time I have felt like a car salesmen was actually listening to what we wanted and not just trying to unnecessarily sell me "bells and whistles". So far we have been very happy with our vehicle purchase and would recommend visiting Raj Jr for your next vehicle purchase!

The dealership facilities and staff were first rate. The facility was sparkling and the people were friendly and helpful. The salesman, Raj Thakor, was most helpful to my wife and me throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of the detailing work that needed to be done before we could take possession and presented the car to us. A couple of days after the sale I got a card from Ms. Amber Marx thanking me and giving me her contact information. Consequently, I called her to discuss the sales process. I made a couple of suggestions and she discussed them with me frankly and openly. I mentioned to her a couple of minor disappointments I had with the car. When I picked up my license I stopped by her office and thanked her for all her help. I mentioned the minor disappointments and she came up with a solution that would resolve both of them. She was extremely helpful and assisted me at every turn. She is a valuable asset to your dealership!

John the sales person was great. Bishoy the sales manager was pushy and tried to bully to make a sale. If it was a different approach there would have been a sale

Worst dealership I have ever been to, first had to wait 3
Worst dealership I have ever been to, first had to wait 3 hours for them to supposedly clean the car I was buying then get insulted with my check was denied by some online service they use now I have to drive 45 minutes back to give them a cashiers check. I have bought many Nissans and always pay with check never had a problem until this dealership. Once you agree to the price, you no longer matter. I will never use this dealership again and will advise others. I recommend you visit Nissan in Rivergate, they treat you right and know what making a sale means for future business and referrals.

Recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Maxima Platinum and couldn't be happier with the process/outcome! Do yourself a favor, research the vehicle you want, contact the dealership (I recommend E. Price or Amber Marx), make an appointment and start the process. Everyone is so helpful and absolutely no pressure! The dealership was clean and inviting. Highly recommend Nissan of Cool Springs!
