Filled an inquiry on Nissan of Cool Springs before they opened. Was called by the manager as soon as they opened. An hour later Cameron called me and got all the details of the truck I wanted. He continued to text, call, and FaceTime this morning as I live an hour from the dealership and didn’t want to waste my time. When I arrived this afternoon Cameron greeted me with a huge smile and was soo friendly. His calm and cool demeanor would have you questioning he’s only been doing this for a few months. Cameron took his time going over every detail to make sure I left with the truck I wanted. He went over every feature and if realized I understood would skip to the next. He was very personable, friendly, engaging and was never pushy. In fact I felt I was on vacation. Especially considering how I was treated yesterday at another dealer where I left in rage. He was able to work me a great deal even in this sellers market and I left very happy. Cameron is someone I’m glad to have in my address book as he encourages me to call him direct for service and any questions 24/7. While he is just turning 22 next weekend, it’s clear Cameron is going to go far with his great charm and willingness to help.

I’ve been in the market for a new car for months.
I’ve been in the market for a new car for months. I came in looking at cars over my budget- but I really wanted all the cool features. I’m a very tall guy so finding the right fit is very difficult. After hours of looking at many cars and almost giving up, my man Josh set me up with the perfect “fancy feeling” Mazda right at what I wanted to pay. It was a long tough hot day but he stuck with me(and my mom who loves to negotiate). I drove away very happy. I even ended up with a solid warranty for a 2016 vehicle. Go see this guy and Cool Springs Nissan! Great experience.

All the “wonderful” dealer add ons!
Would like to start off with the sales guy Vincent we had was great it was up until financing came around when things took a turn. I had originally found a vehicle at this lot and liked it a lot so I went to check it out and it was priced online at 11k but why when I drive an hour and a half there it’s not a 15 almost 16k vehicle that’s before financing on a 10 year old car not to mention all of the exterior damage that was clearly hidden and not disclosed in the photos. Just expect to pay 4k over the listed price when you go for crap you don’t need including a dealer added vehicle tracker!
