A salesman who is humble and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Bad credit good credit or in between Tim Is somewhat like a magician he will pop out with something magical after several not so good attempts. If you arrive thinking it’s not going to workout you will leave as if a miracle out of no where has happened and you wasn’t expecting none of it.

We had the very best experience at this dealership! Both Brandon Alexander and Peter my sales person were fabulous! We went to a Nissan dealership in the city and did not get this VIP service like we did at Nissan of Cool Springs. Walking into the showroom meeting the team, finance etc. everyone was extremely professional and made this a pleasant experience. I have told four friends to buy or lease their next car from Nissan of Cool Springs.

James was great to work with. The dealership was honest and kept to their word when making the deal. My only feedback is they were very hard to get ahold of after the deal to work out finance details.
