We were very pleased with our experience at Nissan of Cool springs. We were created as soon as we stepped on the lot and directed to our sales associate Alan. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. The sales staff, managers, and finance department were all wonderful to work with. We are thrilled with the beautiful car we drove home in that day.

This is the 2nd car we bought from Matt in the last 4 months. Matt is helpful and gives good info. He is a vet also and that means a lot to us. We brag on Matt to everyone when we are discussing cars .

I called them about a 2018 Nissan Altima sr to get some...

I called them about a 2018 Nissan Altima sr to get some info on. They told me the car was in excellent shape and only had 23000 miles on it. I also told them I was driving 4.5 hours to look at the car. The sales manager called me back 10 minutes later and we talked about the car some more and told me it was a beautiful car. I put a 500.00 dollar deposit down on the car and told him I was going to he bank and get the money and I would come get the car Drove 4.5 hours go to the car lot and there set the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen for 25,000 dollars and I was pissed. Sales manager came out and I went off on him. I asked him if he would pay 25,000 for a 2018 Nissan Altima and he said yes. The salesman that was helping me with the sale had only been there 3 weeks so I don’t put any of this on him. I ask him how long the car had been there and he told me it was there when he got there. The sales manager told me it had been there 1 week. They charge people so much money for Cpo inspection. Certified pre Owen inspection 7 years 100,000 miles. After looking at the car for 2 minutes I popped the hood and look at the battery and it was busted so I asked him if the car had been inspected and here comes the stories. Yes but they must have missed the battery. I just told them to give me my money back so I could drive back home. I would never do business with them.

Nissan of Cool Springs has to be the best dealership that...

Nissan of Cool Springs has to be the best dealership that I have ever worked with. I've been with them for years and they continue to go out of their way to treat me beyond what I could ever hope for. Eric Roundy, Bishoy Rizk and Chris Delacruz recently helped me with a problem and I couldn't be happier with the resolution. And Jenifer Spaulding in service has to be the best advisor that I've ever had.
