This was the best vehicle purchasing experience in my life! LJ is the GOAT in car sales! He treated my husband with respect and he was very professional. Everyone at Nissan of Cool Springs was extremely nice to us throughout the process and answered all of our questions. I drive off the lot within no time! It was a smooth transition. We recently purchased a 2108 Altima here. We were told...

We recently purchased a 2108 Altima here. We were told there were add ons that the dealer does to every car when they arrive at the dealership and they would be added to the price. We liked the car, so we paid the extra cost. A week later we got a phone call to schedule a time to have one of these add ons done. I would not have agreed to pay the extra if I wasn't told it was already on the car. I have contacted the dealer, but feel like little concern has been shown. I currently own 4 Nissan vehicles. I have never had this type of experience with any other Nissan dealership in the area.

Ryan, We apologize for any misunderstanding. The Perma Plate is non transferable. The warranty would not cover any damage that was incurred under your ownership.
