Easy to deal with and reasonable prices. Bayo took the time to explain serveral features on the SUV and I thought that was great. Donald Bell was also a Western Ky University Alumni and I enjoyed talking with him about our time there.

This is the second new vehicle that I have purchased from Nissan of Cool Springs, and I frequently have vehicles serviced there. This time I came seeking a very specific vehicle (exact color, certain options, etc.). They found one several states away and brought it to me in just a few days. Darius did a great job getting me efficiently through all the paperwork, showing me features of the car, and making it a pleasant experience. Thanks a ton!

Wiper Blades

One evening while driving in heavy rain, I discovered that the Windshield Wipers weren’t working efficiently. I spoke with Mark in the parts dept concerning the issue. He said I could bring the car in that day. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff in a friendly professional manner. My wipers were replaced quickly. While there I purchased a Cell Phone Holder for the car. Mark was so kind to get it attached to the windshield. Now I’ve got a place to put my phone where I can see it. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

The service on my car itself was fine. What concerns me...

The service on my car itself was fine. What concerns me more is the lack of communication. I was told before I got there that the shuttle was running today but had a maximum of a 6 mile radius from the dealership. Which the radius is fine. After I drop my car off, the shuttle then takes us 0.4 miles down the road to eat at first watch. Once we were just about done eating, I called the dealership to request to be picked back up. The service advisor I spoke to told me that the shuttle wasn't running today. So now I'm confused and a little angry. She proceeded to tell me that the person in charge of the shuttle wasn't at his desk and that she would have him call me. 15 minutes go by and I have heard no response. So instead of wondering if I've been left stranded on a really hot and humid day, I called an Uber. By the time I got back to the dealership and had sat down for 5 mins, I receive a phone call telling me that the service shuttle was looking for me at the restaurant. After my first initial phone call, I waited 15 mins for a returned phone call, then another 15 minutes for my Uber, then another 2-3 minutes riding in the Uber to the dealership, and then sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes. So you're telling me, if I had not requested an Uber, I would have been stranded in the middle of busy cool springs for 45 minutes before anyone came to pick me up? I will not be returning to this dealership. If I need something, I will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes to Gallatin to Newton.
