James Haynes was the BEST! He satisfied all my needs and wants and went above and beyond for me. If you want someone that is not going to push you to do something you do not want, he’s honest and PERFECT! 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Chase is AWESOME!! I was looking for a car for my son and I couldn't have had a better person help me find the perfect car for him! My son LOVES it and he was so surprised! Chase was very helpful, friendly, professional and he made the experience easy and enjoyable. He even helped me with the bow!! You have to go see him if you need a new car. You ROCK Chase!!!

I was amazed at the way we were treated when we came into the dealership. Everyone was very hospitable. We met our sales rep Ed Ryan and I have never had anyone work any harder to please me. He walked the lot over several times to find me what I wanted. Great to work with as he tried to show me all about how the vehicle worked.I would recommend Cool Springs Nissan and Ed Ryan to anyone.
